THOMAS SAMUEL & PRAISY SAMUEL
Pastor & Wife
Ps Thomas Samuel and Praisy Samuel are the senior Pastors of Spring Valley Church. They have been married for over twenty-three years. They are committed to following Christ wholeheartedly and motivating others to do the same. They have three children, Barnabas, Michelle and Christopher, who support them in all their ministry endeavours.
Thomas is a Pastor, Teacher, writer and speaker who continues to inspire and challenge people of all ages. He is committed to continuing personal growth and learning. They have been pioneering the Spring Valley Church in Luton since 2017, with support from Wembley Christian Fellowship, starting with just two families and now growing to nearly 100 members. He would like to see young leaders thrive and boldly proclaim the message of the Kingdom at schools, universities, and workplaces. Ps Thomas and Praisy are compassionate toward people who struggle in relationships. They get alongside them to help them build a better life in Christ. They serve as Chaplains at the local hospitals.
Ps Thomas holds an MPhil in Pentecostal Studies from Middlesex University, through the London School of Theology, and Praisy holds a Post-Graduate diploma in Chaplaincy Studies from Dharum University. They enjoy cooking, travelling and spending time with family in their free time.

VARGHESE

Simon Varghese is a committed and faith-centred person who serves the church with integrity, discernment, and a spirit of service. Simon, together with his wife, Neethu, and their daughter, is dedicated to upholding the church’s mission and future vision, and to contributing to responsible stewardship, sound governance, and meaningful community engagement. With a deep passion for spiritual development and unity, Simon strives to foster a warm, Christ-centred environment where all feel welcome and supported. Professionally, Simon works as a Fire and Safety Consultant, while Neethu serves as a Senior Nurse at a hospital, both bringing dedication and leadership into their respective roles.

Bijo Abraham and his wife, Moncy Monachan, consider it a privilege to serve the Lord together as part of the Spring Valley Church family. Their journey of faith has been shaped by God’s grace, learning to trust Him in every season of life—both in the visible moments of ministry and the quiet faithfulness of everyday living.
Bijo works as a Cyber Security Software Engineer, and Moncy serves as a Nurse. In their respective professions, they seek to honour God through integrity, diligence, and compassion, believing that their daily work is also a platform for Christian witness.
They are thankful for the gift of family and are raising their two sons, Noah and Nathaniel, with a desire to help them grow in faith, prayer, and dependence on God. Bijo and Moncy believe strongly in walking together as a couple—encouraging one another, serving side by side, and allowing God to shape their hearts through obedience and unity. They desire to see lives transformed through Christ and to be part of a church community where love is lived out, faith is nurtured, and God’s presence is experienced in a real and personal way.
